Brief
The scope for the door hardware was straightforward; however, the Master Key System requirements were quite vague, leading to an omission in the budget for this part.

Our estimators worked with Badge to develop a Master Key System that was cost-effective and met the client’s requirements. The client’s project managers were indecisive, but it was confirmed and installed after our team further discussed the benefits.
